Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Acquired Taste is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in the Austin, TX area. If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered. A flat rate may be applied for local deliveries within Austin, TX.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
